Privacy Policy

Persona is designed around publicly available information. This page describes what we collect, why, and how it is handled.

What Persona analyzes

Persona analyzes publicly available signals and reputation indicators — for example, public LinkedIn profiles, public social posts, public press coverage, and other openly accessible web content. Persona does not access private accounts, private messages, leaked data, or non-public records.

Account data we store

  • Account identifiers (email, authentication tokens) needed to operate your workspace.
  • Inputs you submit to start an analysis (names, URLs, decision context).
  • Generated reports, status labels, internal notes, and history entries you create.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not perform invasive monitoring or covert collection.
  • We do not run background checks or private investigations.

Your rights

You may export or delete the data associated with your workspace at any time. For data-subject requests, contact privacy@persona.app.
