Prohibited use
- Surveillance, stalking, harassment, or any attempt to deanonymize private individuals.
- Use as the sole basis for hiring, firing, lending, insurance, housing, or other legally regulated decisions.
- Attempts to extract private data, bypass access controls, or scrape behind authentication.
- Resale of Persona-generated reports as a "background check" or "investigative" product.
Nature of outputs
Persona reports are interpretive intelligence signals. They are produced by AI models analyzing public information and do not guarantee factual certainty. Reports must support — not replace — qualified human judgment.
